CompTIA A+ Hardware/OS

Today’s class focused on Printers and Portable PCs.  We talked in depth about the different types of printers, from impact to ink jet to laser.  Make sure you know about how to troubleshoot and maintain these types of printers.

We also registered some folks.  That was fun.

After lunch we talked about portable computers – namely, laptops.  Know about the different types of batteries and their specs.  Also know about the various peripherals (USB, etc.) and power management applets associated with laptops.
