Marketing class today was devoted to Chapter Sixteen – the chapter on Sales.  We talked about various aspects of the selling process ranging from promotions to personal selling.  Remember, next week, we’re going to have a Personal Sales workshop, so make sure you know the seven steps of the sales process.
